1. This prize draw is open to all residents in the UK and the Republic of Ireland over 18 years of age, excluding employees and their families of Procter & Gamble and its associated companies, their agents and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion.
2. Entrants must either be Max Factor ‘Max Club’ members or complete the registration form to join the ‘Max Club’ in order to access entry to the prize draw. Only one entry per person. Third party entries will be not be valid.
3. Last date for receipt of entries is 26th March 2010. All entries received by this date will be entered into a prize draw, 50 entries will be randomly selected by an independent party, and will win:

4. Winners will be given the opportunity to select a product shade.
5. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Only one prize per household. Please allow 28 days for prize details to be confirmed and delivered.
6. The winners will be notified via email by 5th April 2010. By entering the competition entrants agree to these terms and conditions and agree to their names being published in the event of winning.
7. Procter & Gamble reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
